This edition captures the intricate flavours of raw, organic sea buckthorn berries, known for their tangy citrus notes and fruity aroma.
It has a bright acidity with notes of sourdough, butterscotch and tropical fruit. The naturally high acidity of the berries finds a unique balance with the kombucha, creating a well-rounded orange flavour profile that blends fresh zest with a fruity acidity.
Sea buckthorn berries are exceptionally rich in vitamin C, containing up to 15 times more than oranges, often referred to as the Nordic superberry.
All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Sea buckthorn, in particular, creates a cloud-like layer in the bottle due to the natural oils in the raw, unfiltered berries. Naturally occurring sediments settle at the bottom, to enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring.
