This limited-edition kombucha made with Hija De Sanchéz is a long-infused blend of hibiscus flowers and rosehip which merge in a deeply layered, tart kombucha with rounded floral notes.
At Folk, each of our fermentation tanks is named after a woman Nina admires. Rosio - named after Rosio Sánchez, former Noma chef and founder of Hija de Sanchez - whose approach to food has long inspired us, rooted in Mexican heritage and shaped by organic, local ingredients. As always, nothing goes to waste: the flowers used for fermentation are cooked into their signature mole.
All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring.
