You know the scent. The one that softens the edges of a day, slows our step, and reminds us to simply breathe. Lilac is our new limited edition, crafted for our collaboration with Hello Monday. 

For days, we moved through blooming fields, hand-picking thousands of lilac blossoms one by one. In the brewery, the pace stayed just as gentle. Petals were washed and sorted by hand. Slowly, under just the right pressure, we long-infused them in the kombucha, drawing out an elusive note that only lilac carries and a powdery pink hue from the flowers. Weeks of patient work, have led to something unexpectedly gentle. Soft and mild on the palate, with a faint bitterness and the unmistakable presence of lilac on the nose.

All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring. Always store bottles upright to prevent leakage.
