This limited-edition kombucha made for our collaboration with Heartland festival is made with sloe berries. Along the hedgerows and thickets of Egeskov, where Heartland takes place, wild sloe bushes grow freely. Before the frost, sloe berries are sharply sour and astringent, pulling every drop of moisture from your mouth. But after the first frost, a special transformation begins: the berries soften, sweeten, and burst with rich aromas.
The result is a living kombucha with deep notes of ripe red fruits and a delicate hint of almond-like stone-fruit. Tannin-rich and beautifully complex, our sloe kombucha is a nod to the timeless wisdom of nature. Sloe berries, rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, have long been valued for their unique vitality.
All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring. Always store bottles upright to prevent leakage.
