Collab with my biggest critic.

My nephew has been part of Folk longer than he remembers. Vincent has been tasting my kombucha since he was a baby, always calling it exactly as he tastes it. He also does not do anything he does not want to do, which makes this collab one of my proudest achievements.

Now Vincent is four, and while his steady obsession with my kombucha is new, his obsession with strawberries has been one clear constant. So this summer, I built a seasonal kombucha with him around that. Organic strawberries at their ripest, carrying soft sweetness, bright acidity, and the full red-fruit depth that only really lands when summer does too.

All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring. Always store bottles upright to prevent leakage.
