Matcha kombucha is back! When we first developed it, we weren’t prepared for the overwhelmingly positive response it received. After many requests, we’re bringing it back once again as a limited release.
It’s brewed with ceremonial grade organic matcha from 20Four, harvested at a small, family-owned farm in Kagoshima, Japan, where the plants grow in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. The matcha stands out with its vibrant green colour, gentle sweetness, and a deep umami that folds into our signature kombucha base, fermented slowly over weeks.
The result is an incredibly special fusion of matcha and kombucha. Over time, the colour in the bottle naturally evolves from vibrant green into an earthy moss, a reminder of the ever-evolving nature of living foods.
Because we don’t filter or alter the product, the matcha powder will settle over time. Gently swirl before enjoying to bring it back into suspension, so you get the full matcha with your kombucha.
All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring. Always store bottles upright to prevent leakage.
