Winter calls for warmth, and this collaboration with our friends at Hindude Chai brings the spice. Our chai kombucha, built on Kabir's signature masala chai blend brewed with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper and star anise, opens soft and rounded, with the spices building, finishing with a lingering heat.
Nina had the batch brewed in a small volume through a long, cold extraction that lets the spices unfold gradually and naturally. The result is a living winter ferment, warm on the nose, smooth on the palate, and layered with sweetness and spice to support and carry us through winter.
All ingredients are certified organic, unfiltered, and living. Naturally occurring sediments will settle at the bottom. To enjoy the full flavour without bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix before pouring. Always store bottles upright to prevent leakage.
