Our new limited Lion's Mane kombucha is launching in collaboration with Copenhagen-based Mind Studio, renowned for crafting organic, functional mushroom extracts as dietary supplements. Nina and Josh, both passionate about health, met last year and recognized the strong synergy between their fields, combining their knowledge into one beverage. Lion's Mane is a mushroom internationally recognized as 'The Wonder Mushroom', renowned for its properties. Each kombucha contains a dosage of 2ml Lion's Mane, and blue peaflower giving the kombucha a purple hue, true to a potion. This collaboration is brewed in a limited edition of 2.400 bottles.

Since our flavors are unfiltered and living, they settle at the bottom of the bottle while sea buckthorn settle on the top as the berry contains natural oils. To get the full taste with every glass without any bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix the flavors before pouring.
