Sakura, the Japanese cherry tree blossoms, symbolize renewal and the fleeting nature of life with their brief blooming period. This inspired our new spring flavor, crafted in collaboration with Andersen Bakery. We hand-picked the delicate cherry blossoms, capturing the unique sakura season in a highly limited kombucha. Since our flavors are unfiltered and living, they settle at the bottom of the bottle while sea buckthorn settle on the top as the berry contains natural oils. To get the full taste with every glass without any bubbling over, gently swirl the bottle to mix the flavors before pouring.
